What Does an Office Management Assistant Do?
Office management assistants carry out organizational and commercial administrative tasks. For example, they handle correspondence, prepare presentations, procure office supplies, schedule and monitor appointments, and organize meetings. They also support staff deployment planning and purchase external services. In addition, they assist customers, are involved in order processing, prepare invoices, and monitor incoming payments.
