As a Business Development Manager, you play a key role in identifying and developing new branches, markets, and target customers. You actively drive our growth strategy forward and ensure that new ideas are quickly translated into measurable revenue. In doing so, you take on a key position with direct impact on the company’s growth.

What you can expect.

Your Tasks:

Analysis and development of new markets in both B2C and B2B segments (e.g., defense, buses, trucks, agricultural machinery, trading goods).
Identification of cross-regional expansion potential (e.g., Denmark, the Netherlands), including the definition of relevant target companies.
Active participation in trade fairs for lead generation, market observation, and product idea development.
Development of growth strategies for new products, markets, and business areas, including business cases (investment, ROI, profitability).
Close collaboration with sales, product management, and purchasing.
Continuous market monitoring and prioritization of business opportunities with a focus on feasibility and revenue potential (implementation within a maximum of six months).

What we expect.

Your Skills:

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen.
Initial experience in business development, sales, purchasing, or product management.
Ideally a background in technical mail-order business (e.g., Conrad, Reichelt, etc.), specialized wholesale, defense, rehabilitation technology, battery technology, or similar fields.
Technical understanding and affinity for battery-powered products are an advantage.
Good sense for markets, target groups, and feasibility.
Marketing and category management expertise desirable.
Understanding of e-commerce is an advantage.
High level of self-motivation, strong implementation skills, and determination — you want to make an impact.
No university degree required — professional experience, mindset, and results orientation are what matter.
