What you can expect.

Your Tasks:

  • Processing and handling of complaints.
  • Testing returned batteries for functionality.
  • Providing technical support for our products.
  • Customer consultation and sales support during peak times in-store.
  • IT-based tasks such as email communication, correspondence, CRM (using templates), and merchandise management systems.
What we expect.

Your Skills:

  • Confident handling of technical devices, e.g. chargers.
  • Strong service orientation and friendly demeanor.
  • High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in automotive electronics is an advantage.
  • Motivated and independent working style.
  • Team player mentality – we succeed together!
