In this position, you will organize daily warehouse processes, coordinate our warehouse team, and ensure that goods receipt, order picking, shipping, and returns work together reliably. What you can expect.

Your Tasks:

Professional and organizational management of the warehouse area, including leadership, motivation, and development of the warehouse team.
Planning and coordination of shifts, vacation schedules, onboarding, training, and support for new employees and apprentices.
Management and monitoring of daily warehouse processes in goods receipt, order picking, shipping, returns, and freight forwarding.
Responsibility for the consolidation warehouse, inventory checks, bookings, and the preparation and execution of stocktakes.
Ensuring smooth daily operations by prioritizing tasks during high shipping volumes, B2B shipments, and parcel dispatch.
Optimization of warehouse and shipping processes, as well as coordination of multiple warehouse areas.
Communication with purchasing, customer service, and freight forwarders, as well as monitoring orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety.

What we expect.

Your Skills:

Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable professional experience.
Several years of experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally as a team lead with personnel management experience.
Instructor qualification according to AEVO in the field of logistics is mandatory.
Confident use of MS Office, warehouse management systems, and ERP/merchandise management systems, ideally JTL/WMS.
Forklift license and experience with warehouse processes, shipping, and inventory management.
Structured, independent, and resilient working style with organizational talent and a sense of responsibility.
Strong social skills, team spirit, and respectful interaction with different employee structures; experience with inclusive or diverse teams is an advantage.
