Numerous information meetings, audit preparations, stage 1 & 2 audits and subsequent evaluation had to be passed. Measures were developed, defined and then implemented. Finally, we were successfully audited by TÜV Rheinland and received the audit certificate, of which we are very proud!

Content and structure of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The authors of ISO 9001:2015 wanted to create a universal standard that can be applied to all companies – regardless of their size, whether they are manufacturing or a non-profit organisation. Accordingly, it is formulated in an abstract and less easily understandable way. An intelligent and well thought-out management system is behind it, which takes all aspects into account. A total of 28 core requirements can be worked out from the standard. Roughly speaking, these can be divided into four areas:

  • Corporate planning requirements: What should happen?
  • Implementation requirements: How exactly should services be provided?
  • Control requirements: How should it be measured whether services have really been provided?
  • Requirements for improvement: How is continuous development ensured?
